Please advise to us how to take back customer’s unpayment if you have experience in same situation.

We would like to summarize our dispute with SUNTREE LLC to let you understand whole situation.

 1.      We signed contract to supply 10 containers with payment term is after customer receive the cargo.

3.      We only received Suntree’s payment on time for 1^stcontainer,

4.      2^nd and 3^rd containers: Due payment date was 06^th May 2015 but up to 18^th May (HCMC time, LA Time 17^th May),  Suntree did not reply confirm to pay. Bonanza must send warning email the 3^rd time.

5.      4^th container: due date was 14^th May 2015 but up to 18^th May (HCMC time, LA Time 17^th May) Suntree did not reply confirm to pay.  Bonanza must send warning email the 2^nd.

6.  Up to now, Suntree did not pay us the 5^th and 6^th container

We cannot find any quality problem because the customer did not any comments to us.

7. We asked Suntree’ bank (collecting bank) to apply for us “Certificate of Protest the Bill of Exchange” because we need to send to the court to freeze account of Suntree. However this bank rejected to do. It looks like they want to protect their customer on Unpayment of 2 above containers to us.

If you have experience in same situation, please advise to us how to take back the customer’s unpayment.
